The Z-Pipe by Formula Z Performance is an innovative, patent-pending dual exhaust component engineered to maximize performance within an ultra-compact footprint — now available in an even slimmer design with zero flow compromise.

By maintaining a consistent, unrestricted exhaust pathway with no cross-sectional reduction, the Z-Pipe promotes smooth, high-velocity gas flow and stronger scavenging. The result is enhanced throttle response across the RPM range, improved volumetric efficiency, and a refined, exotic exhaust tone that’s crisper and cleaner than traditional crossover designs.

Each Z-Pipe is precision 3D-printed from 316L stainless steel using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) for exceptional accuracy, durability, and heat resistance. The Classic model fits the majority of front-engine, longitudinal layouts, while the Ultra-Narrow Classic offers a lower-profile option for the tightest installs.

The standard 2.500" Classic measures just 6.33" in width; the Ultra-Narrow variant shortens this to 5.40" without sacrificing performance. Choose the Ultra-Narrow only when clearance is extremely limited, and confirm space using the available dimensional drawings.
