Ace Race Parts is happy to announce our new, simpler product and order return process!
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
Please visit our automated RETURNS CENTER to process your return. You will need your order number and the email address associated with your order. Order numbers are 7 digit numbers that begin with "2-" and are formatted in the following way: 2-XXXXX. Please note that your order number can be found in the initial order confirmation email received at the time of order, as well as under your customer profile on our website. If you cannot find your order number or the email account associated with your order please contact us: email@example.com
Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. Incorrect products or orders received due to an error on Ace Race Parts' behalf will be eligible for paid return shipping.

- Used, modified, or installed items
- Damaged or worn items
- Clearance items
- Clearance or discounted items (excluding Wholesale customers)
- Orders shipped to an international address
- Custom items
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
When a return shipment is received at our warehouse our receiving department will inspect all items prior to processing the return. We request that all return shipments be packaged in a way that prevents damage, including surface scratches, to the material. If an item is damaged in transit due to poor packaging the item will not be accepted. Refunds for product and order returns will be issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of the receipt of the return.
WHAT DO I DO IF A PRODUCT IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVED IT?
If you receive a packaged with damaged or missing products you must alert the delivery driver immediately upon receipt. After alerting the driver please contact us directly (Support@AceRaceParts.com) with your name, email address, and order number. Please provide photos of the damaged box and products so that we can expedite your replacement. All claims for missing, damaged, or other issues must be received with 3 business days of the receipt of shipment. All claims made after 3 business days will be ineligible for replacement.
WHAT IF ACE RACE PARTS INITIALLY SHIPPED ME THE INCORRECT PRODUCT?
Please contact us immediately (Support@AceRaceParts.com) with your name, email address, order number, and item issue. Please provide a photo of the incorrect item. We will send a replacement for the incorrect item as soon as possible and we will cover all required shipping costs to resend the correct item to you.
PRODUCT COMPATIBILITY NOTICE
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the items in their shopping cart. Ace Race Parts is not responsible for orders with mismatched or incompatible products and will not refund shipping charges due to mismatched or incompatible products.
