All order cancellation requests must be submitted via email (support@aceraceparts.com). We do not process order cancellation requests over the phone.

To cancel an open order please contact us with as soon as possible via email [support@aceraceparts.com]. When contacting our support team, please reference the following information:

• Your order number (this number can be found in the order confirmation email)
• The email address that was used at the time of order (if different from the email address used to contact support)

We will do our best to pull the order from our shipping department and make any necessary changes. If the order has already been packaged up and/or has already left our facility we will not be able to make any changes. Please note that we attempt to process and ship orders as quickly as possible and we may not be able to edit or cancel an existing order. A good rule of thumb is that if more than 2 business hours have passed since the time of order, the order will no longer be editable.

We currently collect sales tax in the following states and jurisdictions: CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, OH, PA, UT, VA, WA, and WI.

If your business holds a resale permit or tax exemption certificate in any of these states, please upload your documentation through our Sales Tax Exemption Portal prior to placing an order. Please note that our system does not allow for the partial refund of sales tax once an order has been submitted.

New and unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders.

• Damaged or visibly worn items
• Items missing original packaging (when applicable)

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Beginning April 24, 2025, all returns must be submitted through our new self-serve returns system within your customer account. To initiate a return:

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. In the "Email" field, enter the email address used at checkout, then click "Continue."
3. Check your email inbox for a six-digit verification code and return to our site to enter the code.
4. Once logged in, find the relevant order and click "Request return."
5. If your order contains multiple items, select the item(s) you'd like to return.
6. Choose a return reason and optionally include a note for our team.
7. Click "Request return" to submit your return request.

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE?

Yes, all eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, regardless of order value. This fee will be deducted from the product refund at the time of processing.

Restocking fees are applied consistently to all eligible returns to ensure a uniform and transparent process. Returns requested beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted. No exceptions will be made for restocking fees.

RETURN PACKAGING GUIDELINES

To help ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that all items be packaged with the same level of care in which they were received. Our products are heavy and can be easily scratched or dented if not properly protected during transit.

Because we cannot resell items that are returned with damage, products that arrive with scratches, dents, or other signs of poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund and/or will have additional restocking fees applied.

REFUND TIMELINE

All returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. Items returned in poor condition due to inadequate packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Once received and inspected at our facility, refunds will be processed within one business day to the original payment method.

Orders may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipment. Once an order has been boxed up for shipment the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. All requests for cancellations or edits must be requested via email [support@aceraceparts.com].

SAME-DAY SHIPPING
We are committed to shipping all orders swiftly and accurately. Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12pm Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. While we make our best effort to ship all orders received before our cutoff time on the same day, there may be instances when an order cannot be shipped immediately. We guarantee same-day shipment for orders that select an expedited shipping method (such as UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or FedEx International Priority) and are received on or before the cutoff time.

We guarantee same-day shipment for orders that select an expedited shipping method (such as UPS Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day, or FedEx International Priority) and are received on or before our same-day cutoff time of 12pm Pacific time (Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays).

EXPEDITED SHIPPING REFUNDS (USA ONLY)

The following shipping methods are the only shipping methods that offer a "service guarantee":

• UPS Next Day Air Saver
• UPS 2nd Day A.M.

In cases of late delivery for UPS shipping methods that come with a service guarantee, any requests for a refund of shipping charges will be subject to the official UPS Service Guarantee. We will make every effort to recover shipping charges from UPS if a delivery is late; however, we cannot guarantee a refund if UPS chooses to deny the request for a shipping refund.

UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE (USPS) PRIORITY MAIL DISCLAIMER

USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed express shipping service. The estimated delivery timeframe provided by USPS is an estimate only and does not come with a guarantee from either USPS or Ace Race Parts. Neither USPS nor Ace Race Parts can refund or discount shipping charges for shipments that do not arrive within the estimated delivery window via USPS. If you require the most reliable and fastest delivery method, please choose UPS Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, or 3 Day Air as your shipping option.

Ace Race Parts' brand of fabrication components are stocked and shipped directly from our Olympia, Washington warehouse (origin zip code: 98501). At the time of shipment a tracking number will be generated and sent to your email address so you can follow your orders progress at your convenience. Typically, it can take up to 24 hours for a shipping carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS) to update the tracking details for a shipment.

Note: all times are listed in business hours. Our operating/business hours are: Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All shipments are still subject to delays depending on the selected shipping carrier's current operational status and regional weather.

DOMESTIC GROUND SHIPPING
In stock items will ship out within 24 hours. If you order on a weekend, your order will ship out the following business day. Orders shipping within the contiguous 48 states to a physical address will arrive via UPS Ground within 1 to 5 business days depending on your geographic location in relation to our distribution centers. 

3-DAY EXPRESS SHIPPING
In stock items ordered Monday - Friday before 12PM Pacific will ship same day and are scheduled to arrive within 3 business days. If you place an expedited shipment over the weekend, it will dispatch the next business day.

We offer free and discounted, referred to as "Flat Rate", shipping on all qualifying orders. Qualifying orders are orders that have meet a specific net order value and are shipped to addresses within the continental United States only. The following table lists the three available tiers, by net order value, of Free and "Flat Rate" shipping offers available.

• Orders totaling $500-$749 are eligible to ship via UPS Ground for $15
• Orders totaling $750-$999 are eligible to ship via UPS Ground for $10
• Orders totaling $1,000+ are eligible to ship via UPS Ground for free

Note: All orders that quality for "Free & Flat Rate" shipping rates will be shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, at our discretion. Expedited, or Express, shipping is not available for "Free & Flat Rate" shipments. All Ace Race Parts, Inc. branded products are covered by a Limited Warranty, which applies only to defects in materials and workmanship. The specifics of this warranty may vary depending on the product or product category.

Warranty Conditions

All Ace Race Parts, Inc. products must be installed in a manner that protects the product from both external and internal physical damage and in accordance with the specific installation recommendations for each product. Ace Race Parts, Inc. is not liable for any product failure due to improper installation or handling.

Warranty Coverage

Ace Race Parts, Inc.'s sole obligation under this limited warranty is to repair or replace the defective product after inspection by an authorized representative. This warranty does not cover labor costs related to the installation or removal of the product. Ace Race Parts, Inc. will not be responsible for any expenses incurred in removing the defective product or installing the replacement product. Additionally, this limited warranty does not cover any damage to the engine, vehicle, or other parts (or any application in which the product was installed) caused by the defective product. This limited warranty is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. No other exceptions or allowances will be made.

Warranty Coverage Periods

All Ace Race Parts, Inc. branded products are protected by a 1-Year Limited Warranty. This warranty period is calculated from the shipment date of the product and covers defects in materials and workmanship.

Warranty Eligibility

The limited warranty provided by Ace Race Parts, Inc. applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product, as recorded at the time of order. This warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to subsequent owners, third parties, or individuals who may acquire the product secondhand or indirectly.

Wholesale and Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales and Fabricated Goods

For wholesale and B2B sales, where the original purchaser incorporates Ace Race Parts products into their own finished goods, fabricated products, or custom-made items for resale, the following conditions apply:

• The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser (the wholesale / B2B customer). Ace Race Parts, Inc. does not extend warranty coverage to any downstream customers or end-users who purchase the finished, fabricated, or custom items containing Ace Race Parts products.
• Any warranty claim related to an Ace Race Parts product that has been incorporated into a finished or custom-fabricated product must be submitted by the original purchaser (the wholesale / B2B customer). Ace Race Parts, Inc. will not accept or process warranty claims submitted by third parties, including the end-users of the finished or fabricated products.

This means that if you, as the B2B customer, use Ace Race Parts components in products you fabricate or modify for your own customers, any warranty claim must be handled by you directly with Ace Race Parts, Inc. We will not accept claims directly from your customers or other third parties.

To ensure eligibility for warranty claims, the original buyer’s information, including the order number, must be provided during the claim process. Warranty claims submitted by anyone other than the original purchaser will not be processed.

Warranty Claim Process

To file a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team at support@aceraceparts.com and provide the following information:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Product SKU
• Photographs of the warranty issue

A written request for a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number is required to process any warranty claim. Products returned without a documented warranty issue and an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.

Note: At the time of purchase, an internal warranty registration number is generated and linked to the specific production batch for each item. While this number is not publicly displayed, our records ensure any warranty claim will be handled appropriately and efficiently.

1. Zinc-plated metal lock nut: Designed to keep the clamp securely in place during harsh conditions (e.g., street, strip, and track).
2. Zinc-plated non-locking hex nut: Provided for mock-up, fitment, and pre-installation where a locking nut is not required.

The non-locking hex nut will not lock in place during use, preventing damage to the threaded portion of the clamp. Due to the nature of lock nuts, Ace Race Parts, Inc. is not responsible for any damage caused to the threaded "T-bolt" section of the V-Band Clamps.

T-Bolt Clamp Disclaimer

Ace Race Parts, Inc. offers no warranty on the threaded portion of T-Bolt Clamps. These clamps are supplied with a nylon-lined locking nut (nylok nut), which locks onto the threaded portion of the clamp upon installation.
