Featuring the same high quality 6061 Aluminum material and highly polished surface finish as our 45°, 90°, and 180° Aluminum Mandrel Bends, this new line of 30° and 60° Mandrel Bends will provided manufacturers and fabricators of intercooler piping, intake systems, and more with even more bend options at the same low prices.
Ace Race Parts Aluminum Mandrel Bends are manufactured using 6061 Aluminum tubing and are precision bent using a CNC mandrel bender in an ISO 9001 certified facility to ensure a high quality bend across a wide range of shapes and sizes. Our Aluminum mandrel bends are available in 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, and 180° bend options with outside diameters ranging from 1.500" to 4.000". Our mandrel bends are de-burred, cleaned, and highly polished to ensure a clean finish on the ends and the surface of the bend.
Ace Race Parts 30° and 60° Aluminum Mandrel Bends are a perfect match for Aluminum Tube, Aluminum V-Band Clamps and Flanges, 4-Ply Silicone Couplings, and Stainless Steel T-Bolt Clamps when you are fabricating intercooler piping, intake systems, or other lightweight aluminum products.
