PRECISION-BUILT PERFORMANCE — FORMULA Z FIGHTER JET EXHAUST TIPS

The Formula Z Fighter Jet Exhaust Tip series brings aerospace-inspired design and additive manufacturing precision to performance exhausts. Each tip is 3D printed from 316L stainless steel using advanced Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) technology — the same cutting-edge process used for the Z-Pipe — delivering exceptional accuracy, strength, and heat resistance.

Each Fighter Jet Tip features directional “thruster” blades that create a distinctive, high-performance aesthetic while maintaining smooth exhaust flow. Tips are left- and right-specific and look best when oriented so the rotation of the blades angles inward toward the vehicle’s centerline, creating a balanced, symmetrical appearance.

Due to precision additive manufacturing, minor surface variations are normal and reflect the individual nature of each printed part. Depending on the desired finish, light hand polishing may be performed to achieve a mirror-like surface.

FITMENT NOTES

• Driver (USA/Left) and Passenger (Right) tips are directional — both should “rotate” inward toward the vehicle’s centerline when installed.
• For quad-tip configurations, ensure each side mirrors the other for optimal visual symmetry.
