QUICK RELEASE STYLE V-BAND CLAMP — LEAK-FREE INTERLOCKING FLANGE DESIGN

Ace Race Parts brand Quick-Release style V-Band Assemblies are precision CNC machined and feature a 304 Stainless Steel Quick Release style V-Band Clamp and a set of 304 Stainless Steel interlocking "Male/Female" V-Band Flanges. Our Quick Release style V-Band Clamps feature a quick-release latch and a replaceable T-Bolt section that allows for quick assembly and disassembly. For applications where frequent removal of the clamp is required we recommend using our Quick Release style V-Band Clamps and compatible V-Band Flanges.

If you are looking for a V-Band Assembly that works with 2" Pipe Size material look no further! This 2.375" V-Band features a 2.375" ID counterbore that works well with both 2.375" (60mm) OD Tubing and 2" Nominal Pipe size material!

Our V-Band Flanges utilize an interlocking flange design that ensures a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket and features a counterbore on the weld side of the flange that allows the matching tube size material to slip into the flange. The counterbore is machined to a width of 0.065" and aligns with the inside diameter (ID) of matching tube size material — preventing any unnecessary reductions or restrictions in the flow of exhaust gases.
