The Turbosmart GenV HyperGate45 HP External Wastegate is a motorsport-proven, high-pressure 45 mm external wastegate engineered for extreme boost control applications. Featuring a dedicated high-pressure actuator capable of supporting base spring pressures up to 50 PSI, the HyperGate45 HP is designed for high-output race builds, CO₂-assisted boost control systems, and aggressive reference signal strategies where precise, stable boost regulation is critical.

As part of Turbosmart’s fifth-generation external wastegate lineup, the GenV platform represents a complete ground-up redesign, with only the mounting orientation carried over from the previous generation. The HyperGate45 HP has been CFD optimized and flow-bench validated in-house to deliver class-leading flow performance, enhanced thermal stability, and exceptional fatigue resistance under sustained high-boost conditions.

The modular GenV design allows the actuator base and cap to be independently clocked, providing full 360-degree orientation to accommodate tight engine bays without compromising hose routing or service access. Optional liquid actuator cooling is available for applications exposed to extreme exhaust heat.

Constructed from a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and featuring a Nitronic 60 valve guide, the HyperGate45 HP is built to withstand severe thermal loads while maintaining precise valve control. A high-quality diaphragm and spring system ensures consistent, repeatable boost regulation across the operating range, even at elevated base pressures.
