The Turbosmart GenV ProPort Blow Off Valve is a 54mm (2.13”) high-flow BOV engineered for extreme turbocharged and supercharged applications where maximum airflow and fast response are critical. Designed with a compact footprint, the ProPort delivers exceptional flow capacity while maintaining a lower overall height than comparable valves, making it well-suited for tight engine bay packaging.
Capable of flowing up to 420 CFM, the ProPort supports applications up to 3500 horsepower, placing it in a class of its own for high-output builds. Its CFD-driven internal design, combined with real-world validation, ensures efficient airflow and rapid valve response during throttle transitions. The Boost-Balance system improves sealing performance as boost pressure increases, helping maintain system stability under high load conditions.
Constructed from anodized 6000 series billet aluminum, the ProPort is built for durability in demanding environments. A proprietary MILSPEC diaphragm provides consistent operation and reliability, while the unique locking collar design and quick-release V-band clamp allow for secure installation and simplified servicing.
The GenV cap design includes dual 1/8” NPT reference ports and can be rotated to simplify vacuum and boost reference routing in complex engine layouts. An optional, non-contact hall effect position sensor is available for monitoring valve operation without introducing potential leak paths, making it a valuable tool for advanced tuning and data analysis.
