The Ace Race Parts 1.500-inch 16ga tight-radius 45° 304 Stainless Mandrel Bend features a 1.500-inch centerline radius (1D) and a brushed finish on the OD and ID. Designed for fabricating downpipes, dump tubes, exhaust systems, headers, teardrop exits, and other custom components, this tight-radius bend is a distinct option from our 2.250-inch CLR bend.

Our mandrel elbows offer a consistent, high quality welding experience with virtually no need for surface preparation prior to welding.
