The Ace Race Parts line of 304 Stainless Mandrel Bends offers fabricators of headers, exhaust systems, and other components a high-quality welding experience with virtually no need for surface preparation. Our mandrel bends are manufactured using the latest CNC mandrel bending technology and feature consistent dimensions, surface finish, and material composition.

Our 304 Stainless Mandrel Bends are available in a wide range of bend degrees, from 15° to 180°, and centerline radius (CLR) options. We offer “traditional style” mandrel bends with tangents (also referred to as “legs”), as well as hydroformed “sanitary style” bends without tangents. Bends are available in outside diameters from 1.250” to 5.000” with wall thicknesses ranging from 16ga to 14ga — all with a high quality polished finish.
