Every converter is built in North America around GESi's furnace-brazed S-Wound metallic substrate, Double-Lock canned in stainless steel, and (outside the dedicated race line) EPA compliant — street-legal performance outside CARB states.  Every GESi catalytic converter is built in North America. A properly sized GESi high flow cat matched a straight pipe line for line in dyno testing. Each G-Sport catalytic converter is Double-Lock canned in stainless steel.

The line is organized by generation and application: Gen1 (300 CPSI) for 1996–2016 vehicles, Gen2 (400 CPSI) for 2017 and newer with tiers to 1,200hp, OEM-style Mid-Bed dual-brick converters, Non-EPA race converters, Diesel Oxidation Catalysts, and Transition Cones for core-only builds.
