Turbosmart GenV RacePort 50mm Blow Off Valve (Sleeper)

The Turbosmart GenV RacePort Blow Off Valve (BOV) is engineered for high-performance and competition-level turbocharged applications where fast response, high flow capacity, and compact packaging are critical. Known for its exceptionally lightweight and compact design, the RacePort delivers industry-leading performance without adding unnecessary bulk to your charge system.

Designed using CFD-driven internal flow structures, the RacePort is capable of flowing over 330 CFM through a 2.0” (50mm) inlet, making it one of the highest-flowing blow off valves available. Its compact size and reduced mass—approximately 50% lighter and 25% smaller than comparable units—allow for faster valve response and improved boost control during rapid throttle transitions.

The GenV RacePort features a precision-machined billet 6000 series aluminum body, combined with a MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem for durability under extreme operating conditions. A proprietary high-temperature silicon Nomex diaphragm ensures consistent sealing and reliability in high-heat, high-boost environments, while the positive sealing valve seat helps maintain boost pressure when it matters most.

A unique locking collar design paired with a quick-release aluminum V-band clamp allows for secure installation and easy serviceability. Dual 1/8 NPT reference ports provide flexibility for vacuum and boost signal routing, and five user-configurable spring options allow the valve to be tailored to a wide range of engine vacuum and boost setups.
