Titanium V-Band Flanges are an affordable and durable type of clamping system that is suited for high performance automotive, diesel, marine and aerospace applications.
Ace Race Parts brand of "Male/Female" interlocking style V-Band Flanges utilize a interlocking seating surface to ensure a leak-free seal without the need for a gasket and provides an easy way to align the flanges during installation. The interlocking seating surface, the area where the two flanges meet within the clamp, makes fitment and installation a breeze even when in the tightest of areas. The weld side of our CP2 Titanium V-Band Flanges are machined to be a slip-fit style flange that allows the matching Titanium Tube size material to slip into the V-Band Flange and be welded in place with the proper alignment.
Ace Race Parts' CP2 Titanium V-Band Flanges are available for sale as a single flange (both "Male" and "Female" sides are available) and as a full assembly. Replacement clamps are available in 304 Stainless and the matching replacement clamp for 3.000" CP2 Titanium V-Band Flanges is SKU: 72071
