
Important Update to Our Shipping Policy – Effective March 1st, 2025
At Ace Race Parts, we’ve been committed to providing top-tier customer service for more than 10 years, including assisting with shipping-related inquiries. However, to streamline our processes and focus on the most critical shipping concerns, we are making an important change to our shipping policy.
Effective March 1st, 2025, we will no longer proactively contact shipping carriers (FedEx, UPS, and USPS) on behalf of customers for routine tracking inquiries, delays, or non-delivery concerns. Instead, customers will need to work directly with the carrier for updates on their shipments.
We will continue to assist customers in the following situations:
- Damaged Packages – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Lost Packages – If a package is not delivered within the carrier’s designated timeframe for a lost package claim, we will help file a claim. The acceptable timeframe to file a loss claim with USPS for Priority Mail and Ground Advantage is between 15 to 60 days from the mailing date. USPS Claims
- Expedited Shipping Issues – If you selected UPS Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, or FedEx International and there is a significant delay or issue, we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
