Important Update: Changes to Our Returns Policy Starting April 25, 2025

At Ace Race Parts, we’re committed to providing high-quality products and a straightforward, transparent shopping experience. As part of our continued efforts to streamline our operations and align with industry best practices, we’re updating our returns policy for orders received on or after April 25, 2025.

What’s Changing?

Beginning April 25, 2025, the following updates will apply to all new orders:

  • Return Window: Returns will now be accepted within 30 days of delivery (previously 45 days).
  • Restocking Fee: All returns will be subject to a standard 10% restocking fee, regardless of order value.
    (Note: This is a reduction from our previous 15% fee for returns over $500.)
  • New Self-Serve Returns System: Customers can now initiate a return directly through their Ace Race Parts account—no more separate return portal.

What If I Placed My Order Before April 24?

No worries—we’ll continue to honor our previous returns policy for all orders placed before April 24, 2025. If your order was delivered under the earlier terms, you’ll still have a 45-day return window, and the previous restocking fee structure will apply.

How to Submit a Return

Starting April 25, the process for submitting a return will look a little different:

  1. Log in to your account at aceraceparts.com.
  2. Enter the email address used at checkout and verify your login with a six-digit code sent via email.
  3. Once logged in, find your order and click "Request return."
  4. Select the items you'd like to return, choose a reason, and (optionally) leave us a note.
  5. Submit your request directly—no extra forms needed.

A Note on Packaging

Because our components are heavy and susceptible to surface damage, we ask that all returns be packaged with the same care and protection as when they were received.
We cannot resell items that are returned with damage, and returns with scratches, dents, or other signs of poor packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Keep costs fair and consistent for all customers
