Take the stress off of your turbo manifold, dump tube, or downpipe with our new 304 and 321 Stainless Steel Flex Bellows! 

Our 304 & 321 Stainless Steel Flex Bellows minimize the potential for cracking in turbo manifolds, dump tubes, downpipes and other automotive and industrial applications. Utilizing a slip-fit design that allows the matching tube size material to slip into the bellow, our exhaust flex bellows feature a smooth bore directional inner liner that needs to be placed in the flow of the exhaust gas.

After working with numerous fabricators around the country to fine tune the design of our bellows we believe that we offer the highest quality and most cost effective flex bellow in the fabrication components market. These stainless steel bellows were developed specifically for the automotive market and are ideal for turbo manifold, dump tube, and downpipe applications.

Hi Eric,

Thank you for the comment! The closest item we have to a 2.000" ID x 4.000" long flex coupling that will have a much better longevity than a traditional braided flex coupling is our 2.000" ID x 2.500" long Flex Bellow (SKU: 24016). Unfortunately, the only downside of this item is that it’s a bit shorter than the piece you are currently looking to replace. We don’t yet offer longer flex bellows; however, we have found that the flex bellows, rather than the braided flex couplings, function much better in applications like yours. Have a header before the turbo with a 2” x 4” flexible coupling that keeps blowout. Do you have. Bellows coupling for a turbo charger application. Or something in the same dimensions as above.
