How long will it take to process my order?
Orders received by 12:00pm Pacific Time (Monday-Friday) will be processed and sent out the same day, if possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST time will not be processed until the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM PST time will not be processed until Monday or the following business day. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. In instances where parts are backordered, the customer will be notified and given the option to have their order shipped together or in separate shipments as backordered items become available.
How do I track my order?
Ace Race Parts provides order confirmations for all online auto fabrication part orders. A tracking number, sent via email, will be provided at the time of shipment. This information will not be available until an order has shipped. FedEx, UPS, and USPS tracking systems may not provide feedback on the package location for 12-24 hours after that. Editing, Combining, and Canceling Orders
If you need to edit, combine, or cancel a recently placed order please contact us via email (email@example.com) as soon as possible. We typically ship orders as soon as possible and if the order has already been packaged and shipped we will not be able to modify an existing order. Our standard return policy will apply to any order that has left our facility.
We do accept most international orders. All international orders are final and no returns will be accepted; therefore it is the buyer's responsibility to order the correct part. For international orders we only accept Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer and will only be shipped to your CONFIRMED PayPal Address. Ace Race Parts reserves the right to cancel any order or transaction, without notice, that appears to be fraudulent. If you are concerned about the status of your order, please contact us immediately.
Most international orders may be placed directly though our website; however, if you do not see your country listed during the checkout phase please contact us for payment and shipping options.
We are happy to offer international shipping choices via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL Express and all international shipments include limited shipping insurance. Additional insurance may be purchased for your shipment upon request, Ace Race Parts is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once your package has left the United States without a full insurance purchase.
Lost or damaged insurance claims may be made through us (Ace Race Parts) acting as a third party between the buyer the freight carrier. The amount awarded will be based on the amount of insurance purchased not necessarily the value of goods and is solely at the discretion of the customer selected freight carrier. Once your item has left the United States we have no control over this process so it may take from 30 to 60 days for a claim to be resolved.
Customs Duties, Taxes, and other Fees
Depending on the country and the customs agency some some International Shipping Destinations may incur duties and or taxes. Unfortunately this is something we have no control over as every country is different . We do not collect or distribute any of these potential charges. Ultimately it is up to the customs agency in your country as to whether you have incurred any fees and what they may be. We encourage our customers to check with their local agency regarding any potential fees. All customs duties, taxes, or fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot, under any circumstances, modify your invoice to reflect a lower transaction amount in the effort to avoid paying taxes or duties.
How much is my shipping?
Shipping prices are based on the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or United States Postal Service [USPS]), the total weight of the item(s) in your order, and the final destination address. To estimate your shipping costs please add the total number of items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. After entering your shipping information you will be presented with FedEx, UPS, and USPS rates.
Can you ship via USPS Flat Rate?
While our site is not capable of offering USPS Flat Rate box options, we are happy to ship via USPS Flat Rate when possible. Please email us for USPS Flat Rate shipping quote requests.

How long will it take to get my order?
All orders are shipped direct from our Olympia, Washington warehouse. Below are time in transit maps provided by FedEx and UPS based on the ship from zip code: 98501. The following maps are for domestic Ground service only.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Disclaimer
USPS Priority Mail, both domestic and international, is not a guaranteed express shipping service. The estimated delivery time frame provided by USPS is only an estimate and does not come with a guarantee provided by either USPS or Ace Race Parts. USPS and Ace Race Parts is not able to refund or discount shipping charges due to shipments sent via USPS not arriving within the estimated delivery window. For guaranteed and refundable expedited or express shipping services please select either UPS or FedEx 3-Day, 2-Day, or Overnight/Next Day.
How do I return products?
Items may be returned in new and unused condition within 45 days of delivery for a full refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). To begin the return process please visit our RETURNS CENTER. Please note: We do not reimburse return shipping expenses on correctly shipped orders. All returns must have an authorization number written on the outside of the box in order to be processed. Returns without an authorization number will be returned to sender. All returns received after the 45 day window will be subject to a 35% restocking fee. International orders are not returnable for any reason.
What do I do if product is damaged when I receive it?
If you receive a package with damaged products, please contact customer service at your earliest convenience. As with all returns, Ace Race Parts, an RMA must be issued by customer service before products are returned.
What if Ace Race Parts shipped me the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service and we will work with you to correct the problem. The shipping costs for incorrectly shipped items will be covered by Ace Race Parts.
It is the customer's responsibility to verify the compatibility of the items in their shopping cart. Ace Race Parts is not responsible for orders with mismatched or incompatible products. If you have questions regarding the compatibility of products and/or vehicle applications please contact us.
Off-Road Use Only Products and Emissions Regulation
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all products sold by Ace Race Parts are designated "Race Only" and are solely for competition/off road use limited to racing formally sanctioned by a recognized racing organization. Any other use, including recreational off-road use, may be in violation of local, state, and federal laws. Ace Race Parts does not implicitly or explicitly confirm the legality of using any products it sells on public roads; that is entirely the responsibility of the consumer. Ace Race Parts tries to make this information available whenever possible, but when in doubt, clients should review the legality of products prior to purchase.
