Cancellation Policy

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders may be cancelled or edited at anytime prior to shipment. Once an order has been boxed up for shipment the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. All requests for cancellations or edits must be requested via email [support@aceraceparts.com]. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to shipment the value of the order will be refunded in the form of store credit. We do not make exceptions to this policy. Order edit requests are not subject to this policy.

Our goal is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, it's important to note that canceling an order comes with fees charged by credit card companies, typically 5% of the sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover these fees once they have been charged to us. As a result, if a customer cancels their order, we are responsible for paying the credit card company a portion of the sale that we cannot recoup. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as customer-requested order cancellations will be refunded in the form of store credit.

The order cancellation policy is presented as a customer required checkbox at both the "shopping cart" and "checkout" sections of our website.
