Ace Race Parts CP1 Titanium Pie Cuts are now available in outside diameter ranges from 2.500" to 4.000", with wall thickness options in both 0.039" (1mm) and 0.047" (1.2mm). Available in short radius (1D) and long radius (1.5D) across all OD and wall thickness ranges, we carry 45° and 90° pie cut angles.

45° TITANIUM PIE CUTS (5 PCS TOTAL) — 0.039" (1MM) WALL THICKNESS

Our 45° Bend Pie Cuts are offered in packaged sets of 5 pieces. Each piece is cut to a total angle of 9° (4.5° on each side) for a total bend angle of 45°. To easily calculate pie cut bend angles, multiply the total angle of the piece by the total number of pieces. For example, 9° x 5 pcs = 45°.
