Cancellation & Return Policy

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled or edited at anytime prior to shipment. Once an order has been boxed up for shipment the order is no longer eligible for cancellation or modification. All requests for cancellations or edits must be requested via email [support@aceraceparts.com]. In the event that an order is cancelled prior to shipment the refund will be issued in the form of store credit.

Our goal is to ensure that all customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, it's important to note that canceling an order comes with fees charged by credit card companies, typically 5% of the sale. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover these fees once they have been charged to us. As a result, if a customer cancels their order, we are responsible for paying the credit card company a portion of the sale that we cannot recoup. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as the 5% charged by credit card companies cannot be refunded in the event of a canceled order.

Refund Policy

New and unused items can be returned within 45 days of delivery for a refund (material only, shipping costs are non-refundable). Ace Race Parts does not reimburse return shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders. In the event of an error leading to the receipt of incorrect products or orders, paid return shipping will be authorized.

Items shipped to an international address

RESTOCKING FEES

Any return that totals $500 or more is subject to a 15% restocking fee
Any order that is past the 45-day return window is subject to a 25% restocking fee

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please visit our automated RETURNS CENTER to process your return. You will need your 7-digit order number (beginning with '2-') and the email address associated with your order. You can find your order number in the initial order confirmation email or under your customer profile on our website.
